Come to the picnic today 4pm-7pm at the American Legion on Greenview Drive. It’s covered dish.
Kudos to Elora Burchette for her efficiency in posting up new music and kudos to Rhea Giorgilli for her efficiency in maintaining our active roster.
As we roll into summer rehearsals PLEASE do not approach rehearsals with an I’ll come if I feel like it approach. If you’re in town, fulfill your commitment to your friends in the band and be present. Though we will not have the stress of an impending concert we will be reading new music each week and we will begin to tackle the great band works. We do have the Concert in the Dell on August 5, but this will be music much like we played at the community market last year; mainly, easy on endurance and and lite in style. Nothing super heavy.
Summer rehearsal times 7pm-8:30pm. (Likely 7-9 as we approach our concert.)
Thursday night June 8

A Klezmer Karnival (I’ll have hardcopies for you at the picnic and/or Thursday night)
