Dear friends,
This is not as ominous as it appears. I now have hearing aids. I had hoped to test them in a rehearsal first, NOT at the mall but Thursday’s concert will be an adventure for me. (Note to Bill Folger: No pranks!) My hearing loss is typical age-related hearing loss.
The downbeat for warm up is promptly at 6pm. Feel free to wear shorts if you have cute legs. If you do not, wear black pants. If you do not have an Hawaiian shirt, wear a bright colored shirt.

2nd Row Down: 3rd Trumpets/Trombones
3rd Row Down: Saxes/F Horns/Bar/Tuba/Bass Clarinet
4th Row Down: Flutes
5th Row/Front Clarinets
Drumset/Percussion: Main Floor Left
All the above is subject to adjustment at the last minute. I might ask rows 3, 4, & 5 to move down one row to allow for trombones’ slides but let’s begin with this model. There will be plenty of chairs for the main floor if we need 2 rows on the floor..
