Two important announcements,
1. Rehearsal Schedule from now until the Sousa Spectacular

Please be sure to be at EVERY rehearsal possible. This MUST be the finest concert held in the best facility in Lynchburg. We will be making history commemorating history!
2. This is how we will handle COMP TICKETS. This will allow you to purchase ALL the tickets you need for family and friends at the same time so your guest and family and friends can ALL SIT TOGETHER. This is a quote directly from Guy Mavinga, Box Office Manager of the Academy of the Arts.
Please read this three times BEFORE you email me with questions. It is pretty clear and there is a PDF at the bottom of this email. Again, please read it three times before you email me or contact the Academy box office.
The code BANDMEMBER is now live on the website. You can use this for your band members to redeem one comp ticket per person. The code must be entered before going into the cart. There is a promo code box in the top left of the screen while selecting tickets, this is what you want to use. I am attaching a PDF document that explains the promo code process pretty clearly.
Got it? When you go to the second page, you will see the words “promo code”, type in the words BANDMEMBER over the words “promo code” The deduction in price will NOT happen until you go to the payment page. DO NOT ENTER THE WORDS “BANDMEMBER” IN THE GIFT CERTIFICATE AREA OF THE ORDER FORM. THIS IS NOT A GIFT CERTIFICATE.
