5. Stage set-up crew by 4:45 enter by stage doors on fifth street
6. Band arrive by 5:30, store instrument cases in the hallway behind the stage, not on stage
7. Be warmed up and ready in your seat by 6:00 for the Baton Drop. PLEASE Do Not Be Late and disrupt the rehearsal.
